The South Carolina Automated Tax System is the initial entry for an employer or employer's agent to access on-line transactions:

Individual Accounts Transactions:

  An employer is allowed to complete new registration information in order to determine liability under the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce Law.

 File Quarterly Contribution & Wage Reports for existing employers including file transfers. Report payment must be mailed separately to Department of Employment and Workforce, P.O. Box 7103, Columbia, SC 29202 OR use the ACH Credit Service. Instructions for using this service can be obtained by clicking here. This information is also provided at the end of the Contribution & Wage Report Filing.

 Amend previously filed Quarterly Contribution & Wage Reports. If applicable, Balance Due must be paid using the ACH Credit Service for which a link is provided at the end of report amendment.

 Multiple Accounts Transactions:

 Uploading Quarterly Contribution & Wage Reports for Multiple Employer Accounts. This option can be used by employers of any number of employees, agents and payroll service providers representing multiple clients.
